Recommended Starting Dose

  • We recommend starting with our Regular Blend CBD Horse Treats. Give 1–2 treats approximately 30–45 minutes before your horse needs to be calm, allowing enough time for the CBD to take effect.
  • After about an hour, evaluate your horse's response. If you don't notice the level of relaxation you're looking for, you can give 1–2 additional treats, depending on your horse's size and anxiety level.
  • If your horse consistently needs more than 4 Regular Blend treats to achieve the desired calming effect, we recommend switching to our Dragon Treats on your next order. Dragon Treats contain 4 times more CBD per treat than our Regular Blend, making them a better option for horses that need stronger support during high-stress situations such as barrel racing, gymkhanas, trailering, or other anxiety-inducing events.
