To ensure that you receive the freshest possible hemp products, Sticky Frog Wellness strives to ship your products within 24 hours of placing your order. We are open and ship Monday – Friday.
Due to regulation, we do not ship to California, Iowa, Idaho, Nebraska and North Dakota. We also do not ship internationally.

- USPS First Class Mail - Delivery in 3-5 business days from time of shipping
- USPS Priority Mail - Delivery in 1-3 business days from time of shipping
- USPS Priority Express - Delivery in 1 business day from time of shipping
- UPS Ground - Delivery in 3-5 business days from time of shipping
If you need to return an unopened hemp pet product, please send it back to 4080 McKinley Road, China Township, MI 48054 with the original packing slip and we will credit your account for the cost of the product.
REFUND POLICY (60-Day Money Back Guarantee)
If you are unsatisfied with our product in the first 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us and we will issue you a refund less shipping cost. All refunds are processed in 48 hours and will appear on your credit card statement (depending on your bank) in 3-7 business days.
